Heat Treatment

1. Annealing
Heat to 780 ºC , then gradually cool to 650 ºC in the furnace at a rate of 10 ºC per hour, followed by air cooling.
2. Stress Elimination
Post-roughing, heat to 650 ºCfor 2 hours, then slowly cool to 500 ºC, finally cooling in air.
3. Hardening
Preheat between 600 to 850 ºC
and quench at 980 to 1050 ºC
