Heat Treatment

1. Annealing Process
Carefully heat to 780 ºC then allow a gentle cooling phase down to 650 ºC within the furnace at a gradual rate of 10 ºC per hour before cooling in ambient air.
2. Stress Elimination
Post-roughing, elevate the temperature to 650 ºC, maintain for 2 hours, followed by a slow descent to 500 ºC, and then cool naturally in the air.
3. Hardening Process
Preheating Temperature Range: 600-850 ºC
Quenching Temperature Range: 980-1050 ºC
