Heat treatment

1. Annealing
In a protected environment, gradually increase the temperature to 780 ºC , subsequently cooling down to 650 ºC within the furnace at a rate of 10 ºC per hour, followed by air cooling.
2. Stress elimination
Post-roughing, it is imperative to heat to 650 ºC, holding for a duration of 2 hours, then gradually cooling to 500 ºC, culminating with air cooling.
3. Hardening
Preheating Temperature: 600-850 ºC
Quenching temperature: 980-1050 ºC
