Heat Treatment

1. Annealing
Begin by gently heating in a protected state to a temperature of 780 ºC . Gradually cool to 650 ºC inside the furnace at a rate of 10 ºC per hour, then let it cool naturally in the air.
2. Stress Elimination
Post-roughing, heat thoroughly to 650 ºCfor 2 hours, then reduce slowly to 500 ºC, allowing it to cool naturally in the air.
3. Hardening
Preheating should range between 600-850 ºC
with quenching set at a temperature of 980-1050 ºC
