15CrNi3MoV steel heat treatment: quenching temperature 880°C water cooling, oil cooling;
tempering temperature 540°C water cooling, oil cooling.
Allowable adjustment range for heat treatment temperatures: quenching ±15°C, low-temperature
tempering ±20°C, high-temperature tempering ±50°C.
The mechanical properties listed in the table are applicable to steel with a cross-sectional size
not exceeding 80mm. For steel with sizes larger than 80 to 100mm, the elongation after fracture,
section shrinkage rate, and impact absorption energy are allowed to decrease by 1% (absolute
value), 5% (absolute value), and 5%, respectively, compared to the specified values in the table.
For steel with sizes larger than 100 to 150mm, the decrease is allowed to be 2% (absolute value),
10% (absolute value), and 10%, respectively. For steel with sizes larger than 150 to 250mm, the
decrease is allowed to be 3% (absolute value), 15% (absolute value), and 15%, respectively.
Boron steel can be annealed before quenching, and the annealing temperature should not exceed
its quenching temperature. For chromium-manganese-titanium steel, normalizing can be used
instead of the first quenching.
When the yield point σs cannot be determined because no yield point is observed on the sample
steel during tensile testing, the specified residual elongation stress σ<sub>τ0.2</sub> can be measured.
The hardness in the table is the Brinell hardness HB10/3000 of the steel in the annealed or high-
temperature tempered state.
