Heat Treatment

1. Annealing
In a protected environment, heat the steel to 780 ºC and allow it to cool to 650 ºC within the furnace at a rate of 10 ºC per hour, followed by cooling in the air.
2. Stress Elimination
Post-roughing, the steel must be heated to 650 ºC, held for a duration of 2 hours, then slowly cooled to 500 ºC, with final cooling in the air.
3. Hardening
Preheating Temperature: 600-850 ºC
Quenching Temperature: 980-1050 ºC
