Heat Treatment

1. Annealing
Under protective conditions, heat gradually up to 780 ºC and then cool down to 650 ºC within the furnace at a rate of 10 ºC per hour, followed by air cooling.
2. Stress Elimination
Post-roughing, heat to 650 ºCfor 2 hours, then slowly cool to 500 ºCbefore air cooling.
3. Hardening
Preheating Temperature: from 600 up to 850 ºC
Quenching Temperature: ranging between 980 and 1050 ºC
