Heat treatment

1. Annealing
In a secure state, heat to 780 ºC and let it cool to 650 ºC in the furnace at a rate of 10 ºC per hour, then allow air cooling.
2. Stress elimination
After rough machining, heat to 650 ºC, hold for 2 hours, then slowly cool to 500 ºC, followed by air cooling.
3. Hardening
Preheating Temperature: 600-850 ºC
Quenching temperature: 980-1050 ºC
