Heat Treatment

1. Annealing Process
Under a protective atmosphere, elevate the temperature to 780 ºC before gradually cooling down to 650 ºC inside the furnace, following a rate of 10 ºC per hour, and subsequently cooling in open air.
2. Stress Relief
Post rough machining, the temperature should be increased to 650 ºC, sustaining for 2 hours, followed by a gradual cooling to 500 ºC, and finally cooling down in the air.
3. Hardening Procedure
Preheat within a range of 600-850 ºC
Quenching should occur between 980-1050 ºC
