Heat Treatment

1. Annealing
In a protected state, gently elevate the temperature to 780 ºC then gradually cool down to 650 ºC inside the furnace at a rate of 10 ºC per hour, followed by air cooling.
2. Stress Elimination
Post-roughing, heat the material to 650 ºCfor 2 hours, then gradually decrease the temperature to 500 ºC, before allowing it to cool in the open air.
3. Hardening
Preheat at a range of 600-850 ºC
with a Quenching temperature set between 980-1050 ºC
