Heat Treatment
1. Annealing
In a controlled environment, heat to 780 ºC then gradually cool to 650 ºC inside the furnace at a rate of 10 ºC per hour, followed by air cooling.
2. Stress Elimination
Following rough machining, heat to 650 ºC, maintain for 2 hours, then slowly cool to 500 ºC, and finally cool in air.
3. Hardening
Preheating Temperature: 600-850 ºC
Quenching Temperature: 980-1050 ºC
