PM390/ASP 2052 HSS Grade - (Powder HSS T42), also known as ASP2052, is an exceptional high-performance powder metallurgical material. This premium-grade steel is meticulously alloyed with 8% cobalt, high vanadium, 10% tungsten, chromium, and molybdenum. Delivering an unparalleled heat treatable range of HRC 67-69, its composition ensures abrasion resistance akin to T15 and surpasses M42 in red hardness. Boasting high hardness, fine grain size, and uniform carbide distribution, it is the material of choice for specialized cutting tools requiring outstanding red hardness, superior abrasion resistance, and commendable toughness.
