Heat Treatment

1. Annealing Process
Commence by heating in a protected environment to a temperature of 780 ºC , followed by a gradual cooldown to 650 ºC within the furnace at a rate of 10 ºC per hour, and finally cooling in open air.
2. Stress Elimination Procedure
Post-roughing, elevate the temperature to 650 ºC, maintain heat for 2 hours, then allow a gradual cooldown to 500 ºC, completed by air cooling.
3. Hardening Protocol
Preheating range: 600-850 ºC
Quenching range: 980-1050 ºC
